Job Title: Offshore Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reporting To: Engineering / AI Solutions Lead

Level: Senior / Principal

Work Mode: Onsite at GCC office

Objective To design, build, and deliver production-ready enterprise AI solutions that support business transformation through intelligent automation, conversational systems, and AI orchestration.

Core Responsibilities Architect and configure enterprise AI solutions, including chatbots and agentic systems.

Deliver AI products into production with reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Integrate multiple LLM providers and implement function-calling workflows.

Develop advanced AI workflows using RAG, knowledge graphs, memory architectures, MCP, and A2A.

Fine-tune and optimize LLMs/SLMs for business-specific use cases.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations. Support deployment,



testing, monitoring, and iteration of AI systems.

Collaborate with GCC stakeholders in an offshore execution model.

Technical Skills

Python, C#, AI Foundry, Databricks, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, CrewAI, LlamaIndex Mandatory Experience Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production.

Experience in enterprise AI implementation.

Robust understanding of contemporary AI orchestration and integration patterns.
