Managing quality inspection of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) received from vendors and company Collection Centres (CCs).
Conducting receiving quality checks based on freshness, size, maturity, colour, weight, physical damage, defects and overall product quality.
Ensuring proper sorting, grading and segregation of F&V; as per quality standards.
Coordinating and monitoring the packing process to ensure proper packaging, handling and product protection.
Ensuring quality-approved products are packed and dispatched to stores as per operational and quality requirements.
Identifying quality issues and coordinating with vendors and internal teams for corrective actions and improvement.
Monitoring handling, packing and dispatch processes to reduce product damage, quality complaints and wastage.
Supporting smooth coordination between vendors, Collection Centres, Distribution Centre and stores for maintaining F&V; quality standards.
