Stock taking of Raw materials & Components.
Raw material, Components and all incoming materials planning with review of functions in Customer Demand.
Receipt and Issuance Materials.
Minimum Stock level and Critical level Maintain.
Rejection Material Sent to Supplier End.
First In First Out (FIFO) Maintain.
Making Daily E_WAY BILL Generate taking the cenvat Credit through System.
To maintain 5S & safety (100 %) in the shop floor area.
Manpower Utilization/Manpower Handling.
Inventory works.
PerpetualPhysical Inventory.
Material loTracebility batch coding system.
BOM Bill of material.
Method of doing FIFO.
Minimum/Maximum re-order invcntory levels.
Type of Materials-Plastic RM, BOPs and consumables and spares part and PR items, WIP.
Management of charging material in as require from production.
Maintain the material as per MINMAX level.
Prepare the GRN after unloading.
Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Track incoming and outgoing goods.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be from plastics injection moulding or autocomponent industry.
