Agaiiin is a fragrance brand built on a straightforward idea: a scent should hand you a moment, not just a smell. Every fragrance we make is named for a feeling almost everyone's lived through — not a note pyramid, not an ingredient list, but a memory you can wear. We started building agaiiin in February, and we're deep in the process of bringing it to life. At its core, agaiiin isn't about smelling nice — it's about feeling powerful, and feeling like you belong to something.

About the Role

I'm looking for a creative partner to work directly with me on founder-led content — not someone who just executes a brief, but someone who helps shape the ideas in the first place. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who wants to grow with the brand from an early stage.

What you'll do:
Partner with me on content strategy — help turn what's actually happening in the business into content that feels real, not staged
Push back on my ideas — challenge me,



bring your own point of view, tell me when something's not working
Edit and design — Reels editing (pacing, captions, covers) with a genuine eye for visual and brand aesthetic
Help plan and organize a consistent content rhythm, so it doesn't fall apart amid the day-to-day of building the brand
Occasionally help capture content — being present for key moments, not just editing after the fact

What you should have:
Real experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok-style) — strong technical skills and strong taste
Some background in content strategy or social media for a brand, founder, or creator
Comfort being direct and opinionated, not just agreeable
Genuine excitement about building something from scratch, not managing an existing machine

Structure:
~2 hours/day remote + 1 day/week on-site to ideate and align
Starts part time — strong potential to convert to full-time as the brand grows
Flexible on how we structure the working rhythm as we figure out what works for both of us
