About the Role

GVCC Solutions Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and driven graduates to join our team as Field Sales Executives. This role offers hands-on ownership of client acquisition, market research, business development, and sales operations within a fast-growing startup environment. It is well suited to candidates looking to build a career in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, emails, and networking
Present and explain company products and services to prospective customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager




Support business growth initiatives and strategic projects

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate; BBA, B.Com, or a related discipline preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with field visits and direct client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools preferred
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, and English is an added advantage
Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage; freshers are welcome to apply
