We’re looking for a agile and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead to join our lean, high-energy team and take ownership of our finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely month-end/year-end financial closures.
Oversee reconciliations across marketplaces, payment gateways, receivables, payables, settlements, and revenue-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while coordinating with auditors,

consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare MIS, financial reports, variance analysis, and business insights to support management in strategic decision-making.




Drive process improvements by implementing financial controls, automation initiatives, and best accounting practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor and guide the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline finance processes and support business growth.

Requirements
4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with mandatory experience in a D2C, E-commerce, or

FMCG company.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP/accounting systems, with hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Qualification: CA / CA Final / Semi-qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience
