Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and customer proposals.
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, planning, purchase, quality, and logistics teams.
Track enquiries, samples, quotations, orders, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and ERP systems.
Assist in order processing and monitoring delivery schedules.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Learn product specifications, bag construction, weight calculations, and costing methodologies.
Support customer communication and gradually take ownership of customer accounts based on performance.
Ensure timely follow-up on all pending actions and commitments.
Preferred
Working knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or business operations.
Basic understanding of costing and commercial calculations.
