We're Hiring: Founder's Office Intern

We are looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial candidate to work closely with the founders as part of a 9-month full time internship. This is an prospect for someone who wants to build hands on experience in a fast paced startup and take on meaningful responsibilities from day one. There will be a Stipend paid based on skill and experience

Upon successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be offered a full time role.



High performers will also be fast tracked to independently lead key projects and portfolios within the organization.

The role will broadly involve:

Around 60% Marketing and Communication: Content creation, content calendar management, customer engagement initiatives, blogging, SEO, social media coordination, campaign execution, and brand building activities.

Around 40% Business Operations & Growth: Analytics, marketplace coordination, partner management, negotiations, launching new sales channels, research, and working on strategic initiatives that arise as the business evolves.

This is a demanding role that requires ownership, curiosity, and the ability to execute within deadlines. In return, it offers exceptional exposure across marketing, business strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship. The learning curve is steep, and the experience will significantly accelerate the candidate's career, whether at Miphoria or elsewhere.

We are open to freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of experience.
