Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
B. Pharm. / M. Pharm., Science Graduate with IIT / IIM with 15+ years of experience
Pharmaceutical sterile formulations processing technology and compliance domain expertise (Minimum 10 years in leadership role of manager and above lead position)
Expert in process knowledge and operational excellence
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust knowledge of financial metrics for manufacturing organization, safety requirements, regulatory inspections, compliance requirements.
Team building and engaging capabilities for larger team size of more than 250 employees.

Experience in leading regulatory and customer audits
Proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation
Robust financial acumen and experience managing budgets
