We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person for a Founder's Office role to support day-to-day business operations while contributing to our performance marketing initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the founder, client-facing responsibilities, internal team coordination, and managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities Operations

Manage client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Work directly with the founder on operational, strategic, and business-related tasks.

Track project progress and maintain transparent communication across stakeholders.

Assist with preparing and maintaining business documentation, including offer letters, letters of recommendation, and other internal documents.

Performance

Marketing

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights.

Support keyword research and audience targeting.

Track campaign metrics and recommend optimizations to improve performance. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience with performance marketing platforms or digital advertising campaigns is preferred.
