Facility Manager – Residential Apartment
Oversee daily apartment facility operations.
Manage housekeeping, security, technical, and horticulture teams.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems.
Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor vendor performance and AMC compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Ensure statutory, fire, and EHS compliance.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Control operational expenses and maintain budgets.
Coordinate with the Residents' Association (RWA) and management.
Maintain high service standards and resident satisfaction.
Manage manpower planning, attendance, and team performance.
