Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Special Educator to support children and adolescents with learning, developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
The role involves conducting assessments, creating individualized learning plans, providing intervention sessions, and collaborating with parents, schools, psychologists, and counselors.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational and developmental assessments.
Provide one-on-one and group intervention sessions.
Support children with learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, and related challenges.
Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with parents, schools, and mental health specialists.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s/Master''s degree in Special Education or related field.
B.Ed./M.Ed. in Special Education.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and child-centric approach.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary mental health setting.
