Candidate should be M.Pharmacy with 3 to 5 years of experience in F & D from a reputed USFDA company.
Develop and optimize Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations including tablets, capsules, and modified-release products.
Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility studies, and prototype formulation development.
Execute formulation trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
Support technology transfer of products from R&D; to manufacturing.
Prepare formulation development reports, protocols, batch manufacturing records, and technical documentation.
Work closely with Analytical R&D;, Production, QA, and Regulatory Affairs for product development and dossier support.
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and exhibit batches.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO).
