Job Summary The Factory Head / General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Tarapur manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for Production, Planning, Quality,

Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, Cost Management and Statutory Compliance while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Utilities, Stores and Dispatch.
Drive production, OEE, productivity and capacity utilization.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma.
Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and automation initiatives.
Reduce scrap, rework, downtime and manufacturing costs.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Employment Laws, PCB and EHS regulations.
Lead customer audits, NPD commercialization and cross-functional coordination.
Develop high-performance teams and review plant KPIs
