Enterprise Solution Architecture
Oversee the design and validation of enterprise network, cloud, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure solutions.
Ensure solution scalability, resilience and security.
Support the commercial organization during complex customer engagements.
Service Delivery
Lead end-to-end service implementation from project initiation through customer acceptance.
Ensure timely provisioning, migration and deployment of customer services.
Standardize project execution methodologies.
Managed Services Operations
Establish best-in-class NOC, SOC and managed operations capabilities.
Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, change management and problem management.
Improve service reliability through automation and operational excellence.
Customer Experience




Ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds contractual service levels.
Lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
Support executive customer governance meetings and operational reviews.
Technology Innovation
Drive adoption of automation, AIOps, observability and intelligent monitoring platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Promote innovation across engineering and operations teams.
Governance & Risk Management
Establish architecture review processes and technical governance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and operational standards.
Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
People Leadership
Develop high-performing engineering, operations and service delivery teams.
Promote continuous learning, certification and technical excellence.
