Role Description The Freelance Web Developer will work full time on-site in Gopalganj, collaborating with the team to design, build, and maintain web applications and websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and optimizing sites for performance and responsiveness.

The role involves translating client requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting and fixing bugs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The developer will also participate in code reviews, maintain project documentation,



and coordinate with designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely results.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with familiarity in at least one modern server-side language or framework (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar).
Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering end-to-end site or application development, deployment, and maintenance.
Candidates should possess skills in version control (e.g., Git), debugging, and performance optimization for web applications.
Relevant qualifications include prior experience in building production-ready websites, solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site.
A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial, as is experience collaborating directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
