Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Mumbai. The role focuses on identifying stressed assets, analyzing borrower financials, evaluating resolution strategies, and supporting end to end resolution through restructuring, settlement, or other recovery mechanism.

Qualifications
Qualified CA mandatory with min. 1 years of exposure in Debt resolution, NPA management, deal restructuring.
Solid understanding of stressed asset life cycle, restructuring frameworks and recovery process.
Knowledge of RBI Norms, IBS, SARFESI Act, and prudential guidelines.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent Negotiation, Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced setting, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
