Role Description The Executive VP – Construction Projects is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects. This role involves directing project teams, setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Executive VP will manage budgets and resources, provide guidance on construction methodologies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project outcomes with organizational goals.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing contracts, leading negotiations with contractors and vendors, resolving project issues, and preparing reports for senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities. The role also requires establishing best practices for project management, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement across all construction initiatives.

Qualifications

Solid expertise in Construction and Construction Management,



with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost parameters.

Advanced skills in Contract Negotiation, vendor management, and managing agreements with contractors and service providers.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven leadership experience in senior construction or infrastructure roles, preferably in large-scale or multi-site projects.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
