Position: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high NPS.
Manage day-to-day store operations, cash, and inventory.
Ensure SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
Handle customer escalations and build long-term customer relationships.
Ensure smooth execution of audits and operational excellence.
Eligibility
Minimum 4+ years of overall retail experience.
At least 2 years of experience as ASM / Department Manager / Store Manager.
Graduate (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and retail operations skills.
Proven experience in driving sales and managing teams.
