Who we are

MYTH ERA is a Bengaluru creative house with three sides: MYTH ERA - a luxury fashion atelier; Myth Era Gallery - an art community, B2B space & creative residency; and Pawan Gupta - our founder's own voice as a poet & creator. We're small, we move fast, and we're building something meant to last. You won't be a cog here - you'll help build the machine and own a slice of what you create.

How this works - the deal (read this)
This is not a salaried job, and not a fetch-coffee internship. It's a sponsored-ideas apprenticeship for people who back themselves.
You bring ideas - we fund and sponsor them. You don't risk a single rupee of your own.
When your work earns the studio a profit, you take 10% of that profit. Uncapped. The more you build, the more you make.
If your work earns no profit, there's no pay. Easy, honest, and built only for people who want to prove what they can do.
Full-time or part time - your call - but you're at our Jayanagar studio at least 3 days a week. Minimum 2-month commitment.

The role

You'll grow Myth Era Gallery's community, land B2B collaborations and brand partnerships, run the residency pipeline, and plan & host events - pop-ups, shows, artist nights. You reach out,



you build relationships, you make things happen. Since you earn a share of the profit your deals bring in, this role literally pays you to be great at it.

What you'll actually do
Reach out to artists, brands & partners for collaborations, sponsorships and B2B deals.
Plan and host events - gallery shows, pop-ups, launches, residency & community nights.
Grow and manage the community; keep a straightforward CRM so nothing slips.
Pitch event & partnership ideas we can sponsor - and run them end-to-end.
Represent MYTH ERA as a first point of contact for partners & guests.

You'll thrive here if
