About the Role
Marble Gate Logistics LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based freight brokerage seeking experienced Freight Brokers who thrive in a quick-paced workplace and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage freight from booking through delivery.
Negotiate rates with carriers and customers.
Coordinate Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, LTL, and other freight.
Track shipments and resolve service issues proactively.
Build strong relationships with customers and carriers.
Meet performance and revenue goals while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of U.S.
freight brokerage experience . (not hiring freshers)
Strong understanding of the U.S. transportation market.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with DAT, Carrier 411, TMS platforms, and other load boards.
Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet, dedicated home office.
Preferred
Experience handling multiple freight modes.
Existing carrier network.
Candidates with proven shipper acquisition experience and existing shipper portfolio only.
