We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our wholesale business and franchise network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls, and online channels.
Develop and grow the wholesale dealer and distributor network.
Identify and onboard recent franchise partners.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel records.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business events.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales,



Business Development, Wholesale Sales, or Franchise Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
