Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Training: Deliver daily, engaging training sessions on basic electronics, Arduino microcontrollers, and LEGO robotics kits.
Coding Instruction: Teach fundamental programming concepts using block-based coding (Scratch) and introductory Python.
Competition Support: Assist senior trainers in guiding and preparing students for national and international robotics competitions (e.g., WRO, FLL).
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate student progress reports, attendance records, and project logs.
Lab Management:
Ensure the school STEM/Robotics lab remains organized, and verify that all hardware kits and components are complete and well-maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12 years of experience working in a school classroom, activity center, or an EdTech environment.
Foundational knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, and microcontrollers (Arduino, etc.).
Familiarity with Tinkercad simulation software and block-based programming environments.
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware-software connectivity issues.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate in Engineering, Science (B.Sc.), or Diploma in Electronics
Preferred (Valuable to Have)
Basic understanding of NEP 2020 experiential learning fundamentals.
Active past participation in college-level tech fests, hackathons, or campus robotics clubs.
