Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and related products. Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production schedules. Monitor fabrication, cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, and packaging processes. Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
