About the Role

As a Freight Broker, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting U.S.-based shippers with reliable carriers. You'll manage end-to-end coordination of freight shipments, ensure on-time deliveries, negotiate rates, and maintain robust communication with partners.

Experienced in U.S. freight brokerage/logistics
OR freshers with experience in international voice-based BPO/KPO roles
Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
