Source and book freight loads.
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers.
Build and maintain robust carrier and customer relationships.
Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
Track loads and ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records in TMS and other logistics systems.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.




Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker (OTR/Drayage) in the U.S. logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of freight brokerage and dispatch operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management software.
