Role Description This is a full-time, in office Franchise Sales Executive role based in Faridabad.

The Franchise Sales

Executive will identify and qualify potential franchise partners, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and events, and present UClean’s franchise model and value proposition. The role involves managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, including requirement gathering, financial discussions, and assisting prospects through documentation and onboarding.



The individual will maintain a robust pipeline of leads, regularly follow up with prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise setup and transition.

Executive will also track market trends, provide feedback to management, and contribute to achieving franchise expansion targets in the region.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in sales, and business development

Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.

Candidates should possess skills in presentation, consultative selling, and explaining business models to prospective partners.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage field visits, and travel locally as required.

Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads and performance.

Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a cooperative approach and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
