Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive to manage inbound inquiries, explain party packages, conduct venue tours, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Explain BOTFIT birthday, school, and corporate event offerings.
Conduct venue walkthroughs for interested customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
Handle booking confirmations and coordinate with operations.
Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel tracker.
Upsell add-ons such as decorations, food upgrades, return gifts, photography, etc.
Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
1–5 years experience in sales, hospitality, events, play zones,



banquet sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident on phone and WhatsApp.
Robust persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working on weekends and holidays.

Compensation Structure Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Performance Incentives:
₹500–₹1,000 per birthday booking
Additional bonus on monthly revenue achievement
Quarterly performance rewards

Ideal KPI Structure
Lead Response Time: < 5 minutes
Venue Visits Scheduled: 30+
Conversion Rate: 25–35%
Monthly Birthday Bookings: 20+
Customer Rating: 4.5+

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
HOSPITALITY SALES: 1 year (Preferred)
