The Freelance AI for HR & HR Analytics Trainer will deliver instructor-led training sessions on AI applications in HR and HR analytics to learners at Coimbatore location. The trainer will conduct interactive workshops, assess participant performance, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners through real-world examples and projects.

Responsibilities also include staying current with emerging HR technologies, collaborating with the academic team to update curricula, and ensuring sessions meet Henry Harvin’s quality standards and learning outcomes. Qualifications:

Robust expertise in HR Analytics and data-driven HR decision-making, including workforce metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Practical experience with AI tools and techniques applied to HR processes such as recruitment, talent management, performance analysis, and employee engagement.

Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate facilitator in HR, analytics, or related domains is highly beneficial.

Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR, analytics, or AI are an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site, part time, freelance capacity in Coimbatore, with flexibility to conduct sessions on weekdays or weekends as scheduled.
