Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. The individual will be responsible for generating current business, meeting prospective clients, and promoting TEAM ARTS GROUP’s solutions in areas such as e-governance, banking services, CCTV, air conditioning, and renewable energy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, giving product demonstrations, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.

The role also involves tracking sales activities,



preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, and gathering market feedback to support continuous improvement.

The Field Sales

Executive is expected to meet set sales targets while representing the company professionally in the field.

Qualifications

Strong skills in field sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Ability to understand and present technical solutions related to renewable energy services.

Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.

Comfort with in office client visits within Pune City and readiness to travel locally as needed.

Proficiency in maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and using common office and CRM tools.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in field sales or service-based industries is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
