Industry: Building Materials / Construction Materials Experience Required: 2 Years in Field Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and high-energy Field Sales Executive with 2+ years of on-ground experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B/B2C sales, onboarding recent clients, visiting sites, and establishing robust market presence. You will work closely with the internal sales coordination team to convert leads and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities : On-Field Client Acquisition: Travel across assigned territories in Bangalore to meet potential clients, contractors, builders, and architects.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitch products effectively, handle negotiations, and close sales deals on the ground.

Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.





Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, market trends, and identify recent demand pockets.

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales visit reports and coordinate with the Sales Co-ordinator for order processing and CRM updates.

Requirements : Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven track record in field sales (experience in building/construction materials is a huge plus).

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for daily field travel.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic mobile CRM/ERP tracking apps and digital payment tools.
