Role Purpose

Support the analytics function by providing insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. This role helps drive data-driven decision-making for HE.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and variances.
Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
Assist in ad-hoc analysis for leadership decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for analytics processes.

Required Skills
Solid data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience 5 8 years in FP&A.;
Basic understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Work location will be Bangalore.

Education
Masters degree in finance (CA / CMA preferred).

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
