Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Sadar.

The Field Sales

Executive will visit street food vendors, dhabas, and sweet shops to present UnORG’s offerings, build relationships, and close recent business. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining product and service perks, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding to the marketplace.

Executive will regularly follow up with existing customers to maintain satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat orders.



The role also includes tracking sales activities, reporting performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and market reach.

Qualifications

Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in visiting and converting local businesses.

Proficiency in customer relationship management, including explicit communication, negotiation, and follow-up.

Ability to understand and explain marketplace or B2B product offerings in simple, practical terms.

Comfort with basic reporting, documentation, and use of mobile or web-based sales tools.

Knowledge of the local food vendor ecosystem in and around Sadar is highly beneficial.

Self-motivated, able to work independently in the field and meet defined sales targets.

Prior experience in FMCG, food services, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
