Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with excellent sales experience to drive business growth by engaging with both individuals and corporate clients in Technical Training Programs. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate outreach, building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring successful execution of our training services

Key Responsibilities:
Understand client training needs and present suitable training programs for individuals and corporate clients to achieve sales targets
Rigorous follow-up through calls and emails.
Coordinate with trainers, finalize training calendars, and ensure smooth execution of training programs.




Build long-term relationships with clients and trainers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report progress to management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferably in IT training services.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of technical domains (programming, cloud, etc.) is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
