Role Description This is a full time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Fashion

Designer will develop concepts and collections aligned with each brand’s identity, including sketching designs, selecting fabrics, and creating detailed technical specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with founders and internal teams on mood boards, silhouettes, and color stories, overseeing fittings, and refining garments for optimal fit and wearability.



The role involves working closely with textile and embroidery specialists to translate design ideas into high-quality samples and production-ready pieces.

The Fashion

Designer will also support creative presentations, coordinate with vendors and production teams, and stay current with market trends to ensure collections remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
Proficiency with Textiles, including fabric selection, material properties, and surface treatments.
Hands-on experience with Embroidery and decorative techniques, from design to execution.
Expertise in Fitting, garment construction, and pattern adjustments for different body types.
Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
Competence with design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools) is beneficial.
Knowledge of production processes, sourcing, and quality standards is an advantage.
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
