We are seeking a Gen AI Engineer to drive innovation in our performance testing services.

This role focuses on leveraging Generative AI and machine learning to develop cutting-edge solutions that streamline, automate, and enhance the efficiency of performance testing services.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools and platforms to automate performance test data generation, test script creation, and anomaly detection.
Utilize Generative AI models to predict potential performance bottlenecks and optimize testing strategies.
Integrate AI solutions with existing performance testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI solution development, from proof-of-concept to production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate closely with performance engineers, development teams, and architects to identify needs and deliver high-impact AI-driven performance testing capabilities.




Adhere to best practices for secure coding, ethical AI, and maintain robust documentation for all developed solutions.
Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on AI/ML or performance engineering.
Robust proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, LLMs).
Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with agile development, CI/CD practices, and code quality processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
