JOB DESCRIPTION
Should possess technical/practical knowledge in execution of civil, mechanical, electrical,

Plumbing, tiling and painting works
Read and understand Architectural & Structural drawings
Should be able to read GFC and working drawings
Must supervise labour team and arrange required materials at site
Safety and quality control has to be ensured at site
Day to day planning and overall site management skill is very significant should have positive communication and coordination with office and site teams
Update yourself with latest design/ trends in the industry
Coordinate with internal and externals stakeholders to assure project completion within scheduled time and budget.
Coordinating with vendors/contractors etc.
Ability to understand the Drawings.
Attending Site Management meetings and inspections periodically.
Manage multiple projects at varying faces of life cycle.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD.
Positive Communication skills and must know multiple languages like Kannada, Telugu & Tamil
Must possess a two-wheeler with valid license
