RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan to achieve global business by meeting production targets as per market requirements.
Strategize, develop and oversee the production system and drive towards continuous improvement in line with regulatory expectations.
Provide guidance in designing production and compliance systems to ensure compliance with cGMP in manufacturing, packaging & distribution of drug products.
Arrange adequate training for the staff involved in GMP and other related activities.
Continuous improvements so that the quality and environmental management systems are effective.
Implementing practices in process and systems with continuous and agile improvements in the quality of the products and services.
Compliance of all statutory regulations include planning for energy saving and conservation of natural resources.
Ensure timely investigation for OOS results/Deviations/OOT results/products recall/Market complaints/stability failures etc.



and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken as per the prescribed procedures.
Ensure the compliance to preventive maintenance and calibration schedule of the production instruments and equipment.
Establish and maintain effective checks and administrative controls for smooth production operations, while monitoring and managing revenue and capital expenditures related to operations.
Authorize all the relevant documents and ensure timely completion of all the scheduled activities.
