About the Role

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can build complete products end to end — frontend interfaces, backend services, and the AI features that power them. You'll own features from UI to inference, working across the entire stack.

Responsibilities
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces and connect them to backend services
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based features into production
Build AI-driven user experiences — chat interfaces, streaming responses, semantic search
Build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference workloads
Integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and manage prompt engineering, RAG systems, and vector databases
Optimize performance across the stack: page load, API latency, and AI inference cost
Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
Collaborate with product and design to ship end-to-end features
Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications
Full stack development experience
Frontend:



Robust proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular; TypeScript; modern CSS
Backend: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java; API design and microservices
Hands-on experience building AI/ML features in production — not just prototypes
Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) or LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have
Next.js, Nuxt, or similar full stack frameworks
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
Model fine-tuning, quantization, or serving at scale (vLLM, Triton)
MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow)
Streaming/event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Solid design sensibility or UX experience
Open-source contributions or published work in AI/ML

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
