Accuracy Shipping Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Forwarding Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of export freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in Export Freight Forwarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries related to export shipments.
Prepare freight quotations and negotiate competitive rates with clients and overseas agents.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business prospects.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Freight Forwarding Sales.
Strong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
