Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with workings in compliance with IGAAP/SEBI regulation.
Execution and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Ensure timely submission of Audit committee/Board deliverables, review of policies approved by Audit Committee/Board and closure of ATRs
Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, the Companies Act 2013
Testing of system requirements, evaluate current requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1+ years of experience in Financial Reporting
Life Insurance, Big 4 or Listed BFSI experience is Preferable.
Positive knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, Accounting Standards and SEBI Regulations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders
