About the Role

P. Obul Reddy & Sons is looking for dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Godrej Interio Furniture and Godrej Security Solutions. The role involves extensive field visits, customer acquisition, and relationship management across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field sales by visiting customers, businesses, corporate offices, builders, architects, and dealers.

Generate new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.

Promote and sell Godrej Interio furniture and Godrej Security Solutions products.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records using MS Office.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, Furniture, Interiors, Consumer Durables, Security Solutions, Building Materials, or related industries.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
