Eligibility
Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc., BCA, B.Com., BBA, or any other graduate)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in medical equipment, biomedical engineering, electronics, or technical field service will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of SonoScape ultrasound systems.
Preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Providing application and basic operational guidance to customers.
Maintaining service reports and documentation.
Coordinating with the technical support team for advanced troubleshooting.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Desired Skills
Valuable technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra & Kutch.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage customer visits.
Basic knowledge of computers and networking is an added advantage.
