Role Description The Fashion Designer at Sigma Code will design apparel collections that align with the brand’s performance-driven and lifestyle-focused aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing recent styles, sketching designs, selecting fabrics and trims, and collaborating closely with product development, production, and marketing teams to ensure designs move smoothly from concept to final garment.

The role involves creating technical specifications, overseeing fittings, refining patterns based on feedback, and ensuring each piece maintains comfort, function, and modern style. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with regular on-site work for fittings, collaboration,



and material review, and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as research, sketching, and digital design work.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion concepts, including trend analysis and collection development.
Practical experience with Textiles and Embroidery, with the ability to select and apply materials that balance comfort, durability, and aesthetics.
Skills in Fitting and garment construction, ensuring accurate fit, function, and performance for diverse body types.
Proficiency in design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator or similar CAD software) for creating detailed sketches and technical packs.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, sourcing, and marketing teams, and communicate design ideas clearly.
Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience designing performance, streetwear, or athleisure apparel is a plus, along with familiarity with sustainable materials and practices.
