Senior QA Automation Engineer US Healthcare/PBM Domain
Job Brief
Experience in Selenium testing and automating Java/.NET-based applications.
Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
Prepare test planning documents.
Focus on Automation Testing, API Testing, and Manual Testing.
Write and review test cases and test data, set up test environments, and organize various tests.
Execute test cases and report defects.
Perform defect retesting and regression testing.
Review testing artifacts within the team and perform test closure activities to meet exit criteria.
Collaborate with other team members.
Hands-on experience in writing automation test suites.
Strong interpersonal skills and participation in team-building activities.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Good to have Performance Testing experience.
Flexible to extend work hours as per project demand (sometimes during weekends).
Qualification
Graduation/Post-graduate degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)
Software experience strongly preferred.
Pharmacy Claims Audit experience strongly preferred.
Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in the US Healthcare and PBM domain (Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare) in claims validation and adjudication.
Skills and Competencies
PBM (Pharmacy Perk Management) benefits experience preferred.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Data analysis and issue resolution experience preferred.
SQL experience or other analytical querying experience preferred.
Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to CMS, Medicaid, and other payer requirements.
Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
