Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in industries such as FMCG, Food Products, Healthcare, Healthy Juices, or Cosmetics and be capable of handling housekeeping, canteen management, SOP implementation, audits, and day-to-day HR operations.

Administration
Supervise housekeeping and canteen operations to maintain hygiene and service standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance readiness.
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, AMC, stationery, and facility maintenance.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Desired Candidate Profile




Graduate or MBA in HR/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Healthcare, Healthy Juices, or Cosmetics industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience in housekeeping management, canteen administration, SOP implementation, and audit coordination.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and administrative functions.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
