Job Title: Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive

Location: Jaipur

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a customer support-focused role with no sales targets.

The selected candidate will coordinate with international clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with jewellery product inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
Coordinate with international clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, order updates, and after-sales support.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely communication.

Maintain customer records and support daily operations. Requirements





Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Freshers with outstanding English communication are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Qualification:*
Graduate (preferred)

This is not a target-based sales role. The primary responsibility is customer support and coordination with international clients while delivering a premium customer experience.
