Ensure cleanliness of auditoriums, lobby, washrooms, concession areas, offices, parking, and all public areas.

Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning duties.

Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and inventory reports.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
