Gram Realty India Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate Channel Partner company working with Category A and reputed builders to sell their residential projects.

We are looking for an experienced and agile General Manager / AGM to lead and grow our Channel Partner Vertical and drive sales across premium residential projects with sales Team

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales team and achieve business targets.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Builders.
Drive sales Team, sales performance, and revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of weekly, monthly and annual targets.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably BBA.



MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Strong experience in Channel Partner / Channel Sales is preferred.
Experience working with Category A or reputed builders will be an added advantage.
Solid network of Channel Partners and real estate professionals.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Robust leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in residential real estate sales will be an added advantage.
