As a General Manager – Medical Coding, you will be responsible for the management of hospital and Qualified coding operations including ICD and CPT code assignment, case abstracting, charge capture, pre-bill quality reviews and other billing edit work queues. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and robust technical and problem solving skills are essential aspects of this role.

• Oversees the daily operations of the coding team including workload and staffing; hiring, disciplining, and performance appraisals; training; and monitoring quality of work.
